Front Page Lofts is a historic rehabilitation to the eight-story St. Louis Post Dispatch Building, constructed in 1916. The mixed-use development includes three floors of commercial space and five floors of loft style apartments. The commercial floors house the offices of The St. Louis Board of Electioneers. The remaining five floors provide 51 loft-style apartment units, a clubroom, and fitness center. Work is expected to be completed in June 2021.
